हमें तो अपनों ने मारा ,गैरों मैं कहॉ दम था ।
मेरी कश्ती डूबी वहाँ, जहाँ पानी कम था ॥

Translation:
My own people have beaten me, the others did not have the guts to do so.
My boat sank at a place where there was less water.
